The STORY
The founder Gordon Prior started The Prior Food Co. with a simple vision of bringing unpretentious but delicious food to as many people as possible.
Having worked as head chef in some of the best restaurants in Galway including McSwiggans Restaurant, he broke out on his own by bringing home-cooked food to you with the phrase “Heat & Eat”, Within six months he had moved on to at-home barbecues and event dining.
A year later, The Prior Food Co. had established contracts with bigger companies.
The Prior Food Co. catering has since flourished into a popular catering company, catering for events, location events and corporate companies all across Galway.
